Process over story
Your story matters, but we don't have to explain every part of it before something can change. We start with a recent moment and slow down what happened first, what your body did, what you told yourself, and what came next.
That gives us something specific to work with. Instead of trying to change your whole personality or solve the entire story, we look for an earlier place where a different response becomes possible.
What we pay attention to:
- •What starts the loop
- •What speeds it up
- •What keeps it going
- •What helps you shift it earlier
Conversational hypnosis
Hypnosis here is focused attention used toward a goal. It can feel like the absorption you get when you're fully inside a book, a film, or a conversation. You don't lose control, go unconscious, or have to perform.
We use a flexible, collaborative style. Sometimes that includes imagery or a brief story. Sometimes it means noticing an inner voice differently or rehearsing a steadier response while you're focused. The point isn't to make you feel “hypnotized.” It's to give your mind and body a chance to experience another option before you need it in daily life.
What you can expect:
- •You stay aware and in charge
- •We check in and adjust as we go
- •Your attention can wander and we can still work
- •No pressure to “go deep” to get results
Generative trance coaching
Generative trance is less about following a script and more about working with what's already happening in the moment: attention, sensation, imagination, emotion, and the different parts of you that may want different things.
Sometimes a pattern is trying to protect you from pain, rejection, overwhelm, or uncertainty even when its strategy is no longer helping. Rather than fighting that response, we get curious about what it's trying to do and help create another way to meet the same need.
What this supports:
- •More access to calm and clarity when you need them
- •Less time arguing with yourself
- •A steadier sense of what matters and what to do next during transitions
The session flow
We start with one recent moment and stay with the first few seconds
We name the pattern in attention, body, and next move
We practice a different response in a realistic version of your life
You leave with a short practice tied to that moment
Next time, we adjust based on what happened
What you leave each session with:
One clear focus
A single target for the week, in plain language
One practice for the week
Short enough to use on an imperfect day
A way to notice what changed
Simple enough to use even if tracking is messy
