Focused Reset
One pattern. A clear starting point.
- •Format: 3 sessions, weekly or biweekly
- •Good for: one specific pattern you can name and want to work on now, such as a sleep pattern, habit loop, stress response, decision you keep avoiding, or one place you feel stuck
- •In sessions: we get specific about how the pattern starts, practice a different response, and give you a short way to keep working with it between sessions
- •Between sessions: one short practice tied to the moment you're working on
- •You leave with: a clearer picture of the pattern and a next step you know how to return to
Core Shift
RecommendedEnough room to practice, test, and adjust.
- •Format: 6 sessions, weekly or biweekly
- •Good for: focus and follow through, procrastination spirals, stress and sleep, habits, pain coping, or a life transition
- •In sessions: we map what keeps repeating, work with it through coaching and hypnosis, then test new responses in the situations where the pattern usually shows up
- •Between sessions: short practices that let us learn what holds up in real life and what needs to change
- •You leave with: a clearer map of what works for you, several practices you've already tested, and a plan for what to do when the old pattern shows up again
This is the option I recommend most often when a pattern has been repeating for a while. Six sessions gives us time to practice, see what happens in real life, and adjust instead of assuming the first plan will be the final one.
Deep Integration
More room for connected patterns.
- •Format: 10 sessions, flexible pacing
- •Good for: when several areas are affecting each other, such as ADHD plus a career change, pain plus identity, long standing habits, or a transition affecting multiple parts of life
- •In sessions: we follow the connections between patterns rather than forcing them into one target and adjust the pace as your life changes
- •Between sessions: a small set of practices matched to what we're working on, rather than adding more to keep up with
- •You leave with: a broader understanding of how the patterns connect, tools you've practiced over time, and a plan for continuing or maintaining the work
This option is usually considered after a consult or some initial work together. More sessions aren't automatically better; the point is having enough room for what you're working on.
