The Work

Echo’s Answer provides hypnotherapy and coaching for vocational or avocational self-improvement. This work is complementary to medical and mental health care.

It is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment, and results are not guaranteed.

What this is not

•Not an emergency or crisis service
•Not medical care, psychotherapy, or a replacement for licensed care
•No diagnosis, treatment of disease, or promises of specific outcomes

Privacy & Safety

Confidentiality and its limits

We aim to keep your information private. Sensitive information is handled through the secure client portal. Email and SMS are used for scheduling and receipts.

Limits of confidentiality include:

•Credible risk of harm to self or others
•Suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or dependent adult
•A lawful court order

Important legal note: Hypnotherapy information is not protected by psychotherapist-patient privilege, and a court may order disclosure.

Telehealth

If you participate by video, you agree to choose a private, interruption-free location and understand telehealth has benefits and limitations.

Regression, dreamwork, and memory

If regression or dreamwork is used, it is optional. Hypnotic images or memories may be symbolic or distorted and are not a reliable record of events.

Policies

Payments & Cancellations

•Sessions are by appointment. Late arrivals may shorten the session.
•Payment is due at booking for paid services.
•Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged the full session rate. No-shows are charged the full price.
•Refunds are not available once booked. Some sessions may be rescheduled up to two times with proper notice.
•Packages are non-refundable once started. Unused sessions may be transferred or rescheduled within the stated window.
