This policy covers what happens when you visit this website or contact Echo’s Answer through the website. It does not replace the client portal forms and signed agreements used for paid services.

If you contact us through the website form or by email, we may collect:

• •Your phone number (if you include it)
• •Anything you write in your message

Please do not share medical details or highly sensitive information through the website. Save that for the client portal.

Where data is stored

Website form submissions are stored in our form tool or CRM and are typically auto-purged after about 90 days.

Client PHI is handled in the secure client portal (with a signed BAA).

Who we share information with

• •Payment processors (billing only)
• •Legal or safety situations where disclosure is required

Communications and security

Email and SMS are used for scheduling and receipts, and are not ideal for sensitive information. Use the client portal for anything private.

No system is perfect. We use reasonable safeguards, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can request a copy or deletion of your website form data by emailing hello@echoesanswer.com. For client portal records, requests are handled through the portal.
