Payment
Paid sessions are due in full at booking.
Cancellations
No-shows
No-shows are charged the full price.
Refunds
We handle sensitive information through the secure client portal. Email and SMS are for scheduling and receipts.
Hypnotherapy information is not protected by psychotherapist-patient privilege, and a court may order disclosure.
All website text, design, branding, and materials are owned by Echo’s Answer unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse materials without written permission.

Any dispute arising from services may be resolved through binding arbitration, and you waive the right to a civil action, as stated in the service agreement language you are using.
